A privacy-friendly counter measures public pages worldwide. Google Analytics is limited to eligible U.S. visits, with advertising features disabled. No consent pop-up interrupts the site, and the private owner portal is never measured.

Private aggregate reporting
The site's first-party counter keeps an all-time page-view total and increments totals by calendar day and public page. It also keeps separate aggregate totals for a limited category of referring websites, country code, and broad device category: desktop, mobile, or tablet. These totals are available only in the owner portal.
What the private counter avoids
The first-party counter does not store IP addresses, full user-agent strings, names, email addresses, visitor IDs, form text, URL query strings, or private owner-portal activity. It does not create analytics cookies, use cross-site tracking, or fingerprint a browser. It reports page views rather than unique people and cannot reconstruct an individual visitor's journey.
Region-limited Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after the hosting platform classifies a request as coming from the United States. Unknown locations and every other country code fail closed, so the Google tag is not requested there. This conservative rule is a technical safeguard, not a claim that an IP-based country estimate is always exact.
What Google Analytics may receive
For an eligible visit, Google Analytics may receive the public page path and title, a limited campaign label, referring site, approximate location, and device or browser information. Google Analytics may set its _ga cookies. This site does not send names, email addresses, form text, a signed-in user ID, or private owner-portal activity to Google Analytics.
Advertising is disabled
The site configures advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization as denied. Google Signals and personalized-advertising signals are disabled, and advertising-data redaction is enabled. Analytics is used to understand content discovery and site performance, not to serve ads.
Your browser signals
When detected, Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track prevents both measurement tools from recording the visit and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies. Ad blockers and other browser protections may also stop Google Analytics, so its reports will never represent every visit.
Browser control
You can disable Google Analytics on this browser without a pop-up. The choice stores one local opt-out preference so it can be remembered; the private aggregate counter remains separate.

Retention and access
Daily page and category totals are kept for a rolling 180-day reporting window. A single all-time page-view count and its first recorded date are retained beyond that window, without visitor identities. Google Analytics data follows the retention and deletion settings of the site's GA4 property and Google's service policies. Disabling the browser cookie does not remove already aggregated historical reports.
